Aktieinvest has a strong market position within, inter alia, the fractional trade segment. The acquisition will result in a broadening of Söderberg & Partners’ product offering in respect of private savings and will be a valuable complement to the group’s business. The acquisition of Aktieinvest is made by Söderberg & Partners Holding AB and the deal is subject to approval by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
