Gernandt & Danielsson has advised VEF AB (publ) (“VEF") in connection with an issue of sustainability bonds in a total amount of SEK 500 million in a new series of 2023/2026. VEF will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm. Gernandt & Danielsson also advises in relation to redemption of VEF's sustainability bonds of series 2022/2025.
