Gernandt & Danielsson advises the Öhman group ("Öhman") in connection with its investment in Lannebo Fonder. As a result of the transaction, Öhman will become the main owner of Lannebo Fonder with the founders and employees of Lannebo Fonder remaining as shareholders. The transaction is subject to approvals by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and the Swedish Competition Authority.
