Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Smartbox Group Limited in connection with its acquisition of all shares in Live it Group AB. Live it was founded in 2005 and have a market leading position within experiences gifts in Sweden.

Smartbox distributes experiences gifts in eleven countries in Europe and generates an annual business volume of approximately EUR 500 million.
