Gernandt & Danielsson advises Titania Holding AB (publ) (“Titania") in connection with its issue of sustainable corporate bonds in a total amount of SEK 525 million. Titania will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. Gernandt & Danielsson also advises in relation to the redemption of Titania's outstanding bonds 2021/2024.
