Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Nordiska Kreditmarknadsaktiebolaget (publ) (”Nordiska”) in connection with its acquisition of Release Finans. As part of the acquisition, active owners in Release Finans will receive shares in Nordiska.

Nordiska is a credit institution that offers companies and partners financing and technology solutions through its Banking-as-a-Service solution that enables partners to offer value-added embedded finance products to their customers. Nordiska was founded in 2014, has approximately 75 employees and is a credit market company under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
