Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Storskogen Group AB (publ) (“Storskogen") in three simultaneous written procedures under its outstanding bonds 2021/2025, 2023/2027 and 2024/2027 which were initiated in order to request the bondholders' approval of waivers of certain restrictions under the terms and conditions of the bonds in relation to Storskogen's divestment of nine business units.
