Gernandt & Danielsson has advised CBRE Investment Management on the divestment of the property Tobaksmonopolet 2 by way of a divestment of all the shares in the property owning company with an agreed property value of SEK 1,545,000,000. The facility is an office building located in Södermalm, Stockholm with an area of approximately 18,600 sqm. Signing took place 19 December 2024. Closing is expected to take place 28 February 2025.
