Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Etac AB (“Etac”) in connection with its acquisition of all shares in KLAXON Mobility GmbH (“Klaxon”). Klaxon was founded in 2015 and is a company that specialises in developing and producing power assist solutions for people in wheelchairs.

Etac, a portfolio company of Nordstjernan AB, develops and provides market-leading, assistive devices for people with disabilities and patient mobility products. Etac’s turnover is EUR 350 million and it has more than 1,300 employees with sales in more than 70 countries.
