ernandt & Danielsson has advised PostNord AB and PostNord Group AB on a sale and leaseback transaction, comprising of two logistic facilities located in Hallsberg and Nässjö by way of a divestment of all the shares in the property owning companies Hallsberg Brevterminal AB and Nässjöterminalen KB. The facilities are fully let to PostNord Sverige AB. The total agreed property value was approx. SEK 470,000,000. Closing is planned to take place before the end of the year, subject to a decision by the Swedish Inspectorate for Strategic Products on the approval of the investment made through the acquisition.
