On 13 September 2024, Roc Oil Company Pty Limited announced a public cash offer to the shareholders of Tethys Oil AB (publ). The offer values all shares in Tethys Oil at SEK 1.894 billion. The independent bid committee of the board of directors of Tethys Oil recommends the shareholders of the company to accept the offer.
