Gernandt & Danielsson advises Titania Holding AB (publ) (“Titania") in connection with its issue of sustainable corporate bonds in a total amount of SEK 250 million within a framework of SEK 1,000 million. Titania will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
