Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Eastnine AB (publ) ("Eastnine") in connection with its acquisition of the 46-storey office tower Warsaw Unit in Warsaw in Poland and the share issue that was carried out as part of the financing of the acquisition. The purchase price amounted to EUR 280 million, which makes the transaction the largest office transaction in Europe during 2024 to date. The acquisition was financed with existing cash, a secured five-year green bank loan of EUR 168 million and a set-off issue of new shares in Eastnine of a value of EUR 41 million.

Eastnine is a Swedish real estate company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, focused on modern and sustainable office premises in prime locations at selected markets in Poland and the Baltics.
