Gernandt & Danielsson advises Carnegie in connection with its acquisition of Didner & Gerge
Gernandt & Danielsson advises Carnegie Holding AB (“Carnegie”) in connection with the acquisition of Didner & Gerge Fonder Aktiebolag (“Didner & Gerge”). The consideration consists of shares in Carnegie and the acquisition is conditional upon, inter alia, customary regulatory approvals. Didner & Gerge was founded in Uppsala in 1994, as one of Sweden’s first independent fund management companies and currently manages six funds, with total assets under management as of 31 May 2024 of approximately SEK 55 billion.
Carnegie is the parent company of the Carnegie group, which is one of the Nordic region’s leading financial adviser and asset manager with over 800 employees.
