Gernandt & Danielsson advises LifeFit Group MidCo GmbH ("LifeFit Group") in connection with its issue of subsequent bonds in a total amount of EUR 12 million within its exisiting framework of EUR 70 million. LifeFit Group will apply for admisson to trading of the bonds on the corporate bonds list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
