On 5 January 2024, a bid consortium consisting of Stirling Square, TA and Macquarie Capital, through Giant Bidco, announced a recommended public cash offer to the shareholders of Byggfakta. The offer values all shares in Byggfakta at SEK 10.1 billion. The shares in Byggfakta are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
