On 17 June 2024, a bid consortium consisting of CVC and Waldakt announced a recommended public cash offer to the shareholders of Resurs Holding AB (publ). The offer values all shares in Resurs at SEK 4,700 million. The shares in Resurs are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
