Gernandt & Danielsson advises YA Holding AB (publ) ("YA Holding") in connection with the group's refinancing arrangement and in connection with the corporate restructuring in its subsidiary YrkesAkademin AB. The refinancing arrangement entailed, among other things, a write-down of YA Holding's outstanding senior secured bonds to approximately SEK 115 million and certain amendments to the terms and conditions, raising of new financing of SEK 100 million by a newly formed holding company, a change in ownership, and an internal restructuring of certain group companies and intra-group transactions in order to achieve a more efficient structure.
