Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Balco Group AB (”Balco”) in connection with its acquisition of the Finnish company Riikku Group, a company active on the Finnish balcony market, for a purchase price of EUR 15 million. Balco is active in the balcony industry and is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
