Gernandt & Danielsson has advised BlackRock on its aquisition of a property in Norrköping with an area of approximately 62,500 sqm. The property contains a modern logistics facility fully let to PostNord TPL AB. Signing took place 17 March 2023. Closing took place 27 June 2024. The transaction took the form of an acquisition of the shares of the property owning company.
