Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Breakthrough Energy Catalyst in connection with its investment in the Ørsted FlagshipONE project.

Located in Örnsköldsvik in northern Sweden, FlagshipONE project is anticipated to be Europe’s largest e-methanol plant.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Catalyst with a team led by partners Pär Johansson (corporate) and Foad Hoseinian (FDI and competition law), along with senior associate Robin Skoglund and associates Joel Ståhl and Sofie Hallén. The team also included partners Mikael Borg and Caroline Jägenstedt Wikman.
