Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Swedbank AB (publ) and Pareto Securities AB in connection with a SEK 450 million private placement of new shares in Verve Group. The private placement was carried out in connection with Verve Group's acquisition of Jun Group. Investors in the private placement includes Swedish and international institutional investors.
