Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Neqst D4 AB (“Neqst”) in connection with Neqst, together with other sellers, having divesed all shares in KSMG Media Group Holding AB including wholly owned subsidiaries, among them the operating company Keeparo AB (“Keeparo”) to DTX Group. Keeparo is an employer branding agency based in Stockholm that provides its services within, inter alia, recruitment marketing and related services to clients in various sectors worldwide.
