Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Nyckelporten Vinter AB in connection with the sale of its subsidiary Silver Life Service AB to Stiftelsen Stockholms Sjukhem.

Silver Life Service AB operates two nursing homes; in Graninge Strand, Nacka, and in Näsby Slottspark, Täby.

Stockholms Sjukhem, a public benefit foundation, has existed for 150 years and is one of Sweden’s largest idea based organizations, where any surplus is re-invested in development, growth and added value for the residents.
