Gernandt & Danielsson advises Neqst in connection with its acquisition of the cyber security consulting business currently operated by WithSecure Corporation. The acquired cyber security business includes a total of approximately 250 employees located in Finland, UK, Sweden, Denmark, Singapore, Italy and the US.
