Johanna has been with the firm since 2011. At the beginning of her career, she was primarily involved in providing advice in the area of private M&A. She is now responsible for the firm’s People & Performance team, focusing on providing the best possible offer for high-performing lawyers. The team covers the entire employee journey: everything from marketing and talent acquisition to recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and other business development projects, all so that G&D can be the perfect match for lawyers with high ambitions.
